City Head - P&L Head - (Team Management Role)

- Responsible for the overall growth of the city, including growing the user base and the restaurant base.

- Understand the Dining out culture of the city and identify new ways to get the Dineout experience in front of new diners.

- Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.

- Manage deployment of inResto at partner restaurants and ensure usage.

- Represent Dineout at local events and with local PR.

- Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them.

- Develop complex brand and event partnerships. Programs that evolve and transform the way that Dineout markets and sells Dineout for Business.

- Create the strategies that steer the sales org including overall structure, compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, etc.

- Lead deployment of inResto and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reports and dashboards

- Responsible for building tools and creative processes for the sales organization to boost productivity

- Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of training for the Sales organization and manage the onboarding process of new Sales employees.

- Tame upset diners and turn them into passionate evangelists
