Key Deliverables :
- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns
- Lead a team of 6-10 Relationship Managers and coordinate with Operations and Post sales to ensure the smooth functioning of the business
- Liaise with other executive heads to develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy
- Responsible for networking with the clients, building a good relationship with associates to ensure maximum sales
- Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
- Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing department
- Present a budget for board approval and prudently manage resources within those budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines
- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
- To ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place to mitigate the principal risks of the Company
- To ensure that the Company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business
- To ensure that the Directors are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to the Board to enable the Directors to form appropriate judgments
- To ensure the integrity of all public disclosure by the Company
