City Growth Head
Job Description :
- Responsible to drive city growth and revenue targets through customer activations
- Managing Vendor operations team for on boarding and post sales services
- Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the user base in your city
- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the city
- Manage relationships with all housing societies and resident welfare associations (Specifically Key Accounts of the City) and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
- Handling a team of Area Sales managers, KAM & and overall drive the Supply/Growth team in the city.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish, also managing a huge team
- Responsible for Coaching and mentoring the new recruits across the growth org in the location,
Desired Candidate :
- PG from premier B schools with 3-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan
- Effective communication skills
- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales
- Keen eye on Growth
- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
- Should be able to lead and mentor the team.
- Age should not exceed 34 .
