Citrix Networking is one of the fastest growing business & been showcasing consistent YoY growth for the past few years. With cutting edge technology & been in Leaders Quadrant for many years, Citrix is looking at expanding the base with more focused approach to acquire new customers & to do smart selling to existing Citrix customers in India.
He/She is responsible for driving the business for the complete Citrix Networking products/solutions aligning with Citrix Account Managers/SE & Citrix Networking partners in the region. He/She is responsible for more coverage in the region, bringing new customers, grow the base by cross-selling/Up-selling, focusing on Partner sell-thro- business & increase partner pipeline in the region.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Responsible for Sales, Pipeline & Growth of Citrix Networking business
- Develop plans and strategies for the business growth and achieving the sales goals
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Build, Manage & Develop strong relationship with Citrix business partners.
- Work with all the Account Managers in the region and help them to create new opportunities in their set of Accounts for Citrix Networking solutions
- Identify the Use-case and do effective positioning of the right solution to the customers.
- Increase pipeline on both Named & Unnamed business verticals
- Bringing new customers onboard by offering the right solution
- Upselling/Cross-selling to existing Citrix customer-base
- Bringing committed Partner for Networking in the region & strongly aligning with them by show-casing pipeline & revenue growth.
- Work closely with different Citrix team members like Account Manager, Channels, Marketing, SE.
- Will be goaled on Qualitative & Quantitative measures of both Pipeline & Revenue growth in the region.
Qualifications (include Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- Engineering graduate with 12-15 years IT sales experience, preferably with US headquartered OEM
- Having strong understanding about the Networking & Security solution sales
- Should have vivid knowledge, understanding & experience driving business in Government, Defense & PSU segment
- Should have good understanding about competitive positioning, tendering process, aligning with right set of partners for Govt, Defense & PSU business growth
- Should have good experience in North & East region with all different Vertical segments.
- Solution selling skill and knowledge/ understanding of Enterprise Application Delivery & Networking
- Ability to apply features and benefits of products to user needs as well as proven history in learning new product sets and features and applying these to customer sales opportunities.
- Experience in selling to large Enterprise & transformational accounts.
- Experience of successful engagement with Regional partners, SI's and global alliance partners .
- Team player - Experience of managing and influencing team members from diverse background to work together. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Strong understanding/knowledge about Networking terminologies and experience in selling Networking solutions.
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills and also presentation skills
- Good track record in the industry
- Strong proven negotiation skills & do effective value selling.
- Strong customer solution selling experience to different industry verticals.
- Smart & self-driven
- Ability to learn new features/functionalities and articulate/share the same with Customers/Partners/ Internal team members in a more appropriate manner.
