Responsibilities:

- Tax Research Expert: Conduct comprehensive tax research to stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations, identifying potential benefits for the company.

- Tax Return Review & Analysis: Thoroughly review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable tax regulations.

- Tax Optimization Strategist: Identify and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize the company's effective tax rate.

- Non-Income Tax Compliance: Oversee non-income tax compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.

- Tax Audit Champion: Prepare for and confidently lead tax audits, representing the company with tax authorities.

- Team Leader & Mentor: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, providing expertise and guidance to colleagues and managing tax-related projects effectively.

Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of professional tax experience with a strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.

- Academic Background: Bachelor's/masters degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Tax Research & Analysis: Proven ability to conduct in-depth tax research and analyze complex tax issues.

- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities.

- Leadership & Project Management: Strong leadership and project management skills to manage tax projects, motivate team members, and meet deadlines.
