Teamwork & Communication:

Collaborate effectively with team members of all levels to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain clear communication with clients.

Oversee daily tax processes, including reviewing workpapers, managing deadlines, and developing junior team members.

Demonstrate strong project management skills by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.

Client Service & Relationships:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.

Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and US counterparts.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in US corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.

- Proven track record of preparing and reviewing complex US tax returns.

- Strong understanding of a broad range of US income tax laws and regulations.

- Possession of a professional designation (CA, CA Inter, CPA, EA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com) is preferred.

- Ability to train and develop new and existing staff members.

- Excellent written, verbal communication, and Excel modeling skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in tax research software (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint, Intelliconnect) and accounting software (CCH Axcess Tax).

- Familiarity with Caseware and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
