Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong technology skills, must be able to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Job Description:
Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to:
- Coordinate Staffing and Recruitment Activities
- Assisting in Employee Engagement & Employee Motivation Activities
- Assisting in updating of Employee Data in HRIS software
- MIS Reports
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process collecting the necessary documents
- Assist with day-to-day human resources tasks
- Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information
- Regular follow-ups with various vendors and with Employees for various tasks
- Assisting in background verification checks and follow-ups
