We are looking for a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Development team.

As a Communications Manager you will be responsible for:

- Assist with management, design and technical administration of corporate intranet site and related communications.

- Manage Microsoft Exchange email distribution list maintenance and governance.

- Deliver exceptional service to stakeholders through high-quality work, strategic planning and attention to detail.

- Assist with management of Firm leader communications platform.

- Assist on key HR, ERG and philanthropic initiatives.

- Assist on select service line, industry and local communications.

- Assist on social media executive profiles and content.

- Assist on Firm acquisition/integration communications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, HR, Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on key topics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of recent internal, corporate communications experience.

- Experienced SharePoint developer with strong technical understanding of SharePoint/Intranet technology.

- Excellent written and oral communications skills.

- Technical experience with Microsoft Exchange email platform distribution lists and management.

- Demonstrated experience creating, managing and administering content for a corporate intranet or similar internal news platform.

- Successful track record of creating written, digital, video/audio communications materials.

- Proficient in using various communication channels and tools, including social media platforms.

- B-to-B and professional services experience preferred.

- Graphic design a plus.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all level.

- Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation to measurement/evaluation.

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
