Human Resources Generalist
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Strong technology skills, must be able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Job Description :
Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to :
- Coordinate Staffing and Recruitment Activities.
- Assisting in Employee Engagement & Employee Motivation Activities.
- Assisting in updating of Employee Data in HRIS software.
- MIS Reports.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process collecting the necessary documents.
- Assist with day-to-day human resources tasks.
- Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting.
- Orientation, maintaining records and information
- Regular follow-ups with various vendors and with Employees for various tasks.
- Assisting in background verification checks and follow-ups.
