Job Description :

- CitiusTech sales and delivery organization are organized around key strategic markets - Medical Technologies Market (HMT), Provider Market (HPR), Pharma & Life Sciences Market (HLS) and Payer/Health Plan Market (HHP).

- The Account Manager will be part of the HMT market and will report to the Director of sales and will be responsible for growing new accounts under the direction of the sales director. He will also be included in new sales/hunting discussions as needed.

- Manage and grow new client relationships

- Manage and grow newly opened logos in the US- including onsite review meetings with client stakeholders

- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the account

- Do extensive account research and map the account and understand growth opportunities

- Work directly with the Sales Director to conduct quarterly review meetings and new conversations in the account

- Work with delivery on a daily basis to ensure smooth project execution

- Work with consulting and proficiency team for new proposals/discussions with account stakeholders

Lead sales activities for CitiusTech

- Work directly with the sales director to help with new logo acquisition and growing new logos

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for given account

- Work with delivery organization to ensure projects are running on track and delivery is running smoothly

- Visit clients if needed in the US to present solutions & get approvals

- Participate in trade shows / conferences

- Participate in joint sales activities with clients and their customers

Other areas of participation

- Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities

- Develop new business opportunities through consultative selling

- Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes

- Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth

- Build and nurture relationships within the accounts

Bangalore

C. Required Experience / Skills:

- Around 7-10 years of overall experience in IT services

- Recent experience of 2-3 years in selling and account management to US based customers

- Has worked for IT services firm and has a strong understanding of software services sales

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodology

- Has sold solutions and services in the areas of cloud, BI, BigData, Automation Testing, Mobile Development etc

- Experience of working in global delivery model

- Experience in account management and mining activities for a large customer

- Experience in developing business and nurturing relationships within the accounts

- Broad understanding of technologies / IT skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering /management or related field

- Good to have any healthcare software sales experience
