Qualifications Required:
Graduate/MBA - 4-7 Years experience in sales.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for acquisition of multiple Consumer Bank products – Assets products - Cards, Mortgage, Personal Loan; Liability products - Suvidha, CG, Citibanking
1. Responsible for selling the entire gamut of Citi products to customers through an In-sourced channel of CitiSales FTE trained in multiple products of the bank.
2. Leading & Managing performance of a team of 8-10 In-Sourced CitiSales FTE to deliver / achieve plan no.s across several product lines
3. Accountable for Sales Performance / Productivity of the CitiSales FTE along with their career progression and cross product training.
4. Track ABU for the CitiSales FTE closely, and manage motivation, training and performance evaluation of the team
5. Formulating channel / anchor based sales strategies to ensure maximum penetration of the desired customer segments in key customer touch points
6. Test & execute alternative, innovative models for acquisition to establish scalable & sustainable alternate channels
7. Business Development to expand the target market within approved segments and Execute Marketing campaigns / perceptual scale events and drive for results
8. Ensure compliance and integrity of the Distribution w.r.t. recruitment, sourcing and documentation.
9. Ensure quality and minimize upfront rejects to control operating costs.
