A.- ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Objectives:
Citigold and Citigold Private Client (CPC) segments are exclusive and personalized propositions offered by the Retail Bank, India. Serving the needs ofthe emerging and Affluent Segment offering sophisticated and customized solutions across Wealth Management, Business Banking and lending products.
As a CPC Business developer, you will drive end-to-end business ownership of the most affluent clients of Citibank NA. The key objectives are to enhance the segment proposition across all touch points, originate new acquisitions and continuous increase in relationship value, cross-sell products and services to deepen wallet penetration, monitor and track performance of all elements that drive customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:- The key objective is to Enhance segment proposition across products, services, Channels and Rewards & privileges. The position is singularly responsible for offering best-in-class service excellence to Citi- s most affluent clients across ALL touch points.
Financial/ Budgetary:- P/L Custodian for clients managed - Client Net Growth, AUM, B/S growth, Revenue Drivers, X-sell penetration, Key Relationship Planning
Service metrics - Customer Depth Ration, Portfolio Coverage, NPS Score
Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial- IC
Key Deliverables:
Acquire new CitiGold Private Client through open market source.
Build relationship through active engagement and create controllable and profitable book.
Review client- s needs and asset allocation; proactively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs.
Advise Clients to enrich the relationships by mobilising additional funds and sell other fee based products/services based on the current and future customer needs.-
Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and financial planning.
Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.-
Complete all mandatory certifications within 90 days of joining the bank and continuously keep self updated on changes in products, processes and compliance/regulatory norms.
Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure best services are provided to them.-
Keep immediate supervisor informed about key market/customer information and proactively escalate potential issues/concerns.
Customer centricity approach of right need addressed at segment level
Adequate growth in revenues, footings and profitability per client
Ensure the NPS focus and drive better scores with clinical tracking of all metrics and parameters
Monitor and guide each and every activity the bank manages to ensure the service standard and promise delivery to true to commitment as defined in our segment strategy
Engage with product and operations on a regular basis to ensure a continuous and consistent uptick in client experience across any touch point
Scorching ownership on client and ensure every single product proposition is delivered in the same manner with clarity and efficiency
Integrate a clear model of wealth and commercial banking activities and products embedded through a holistic banker approach to ensure no limited categorization of client needs and more importantly the reverse categorization of Citi as a slotted solo platform offering
Clear adherence to compliance and control measures.
Percentage of Travel - Yes, 10% of the Time

B.- QUALIFICATIONS
Education:- MBA or CA
Experience:
-- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
-- Sales, Product, Analytics and business management experience.
