Qualifications/Experience Required:
Preferred: Graduate/MBA/CA/ICWA
- 4-6 Years of progressive Sales experience across diverse product sets & exposure to various processes related to the Sales Processes. Individuals with experience in handling DSA relationships
Role Outline/Job Summary:
- The Channel RM is tasked with driving sales of PL/Cards through a pre designated set of DSA channels for the given location.
- In addition to acquisition, the incumbent is tasked with the various deliverables around compliance, controls, AML and KYC requirements for the various DSA he/she is in-charge for.
Core Responsibilities
- Delivering acquisition plans for Personal Loans/Cards
- Responsible for selling the entire gamut of PL/Citibank Fee Cards to the customer after assessing customer segment & sourcing strategy
- Leading & Managing performance of a team of 40-50 - outsourced Sales FTE to deliver & achieve plan nos
- Managing out sourced Channels to deliver the product nos
- To forge partnerships with corporates for achieving incremental sales volumes
- Creation of new sourcing channels and Business Development to expand the target market within approved segments - micro marketing events, activity to generate new to bank databases for calling and sourcing
- Ensure quality and minimize upfront rejects to control operating costs.
- Run and operate tele sales channel with full focus on bank laid processes and procedures
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance guidelines / Audit
- Test & execute alternative, innovative models for acquisition to establish scalable & sustainable alternate channels.
- Ensure compliance and integrity of the Distribution w.r.t. recruitment, sourcing and documentation and any other parameter, variable
