About the Role:
- The Automation CoE Manager will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will be responsible for building and leading a team to evangelize automation throughout the enterprise. The incumbent is also tasked to lead automation solutioning, review architectural design and perform analysis of automation opportunities.
About Intelligent Automation Team:
- The Intelligent Automation (IA) is multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code/No-Code tools, Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation.
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates:
Your Role:
- Implements product vision as directed by SLT and helps scale automation among the workforce
- Interacts with business stakeholders to conduct high-level process assessments and use cases to build automation backlog
- Gather business requirements and translate those into an appropriate technical solution clearly stating as-is and to-be states
- Participate in designing and reviewing technical solution/architecture diagrams with multiple cross-functional teams
- Anticipates, identifies, tracks and resolves technical issues and risks affecting automation delivery
- Works in an agile development environment and own execution of multiple concurrent projects end to end
- Creates best practice designs -identifying reusable components, queues, configurable parameters
- Leads and trains developers and analysts in best practice automation design
- Help with governance and compliance activities by building policies and components as needed
Qualifications for Internal Candidates:
About You:
- Undergrad degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
- Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to grow a talented team of developers
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate with diverse audience
- 10 - 12 years of experience in operations or process automation consultancy
- 8 - 10 years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems leveraging RPA/ML/Low Code/NLP
- Proficient in using AWS services (EC2, ECS, VPC, ELB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Dynamodb, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, Step Functions etc.)
- Fluent using git at the command line
- UiPath Certified Solution Architect/Advanced RPA Developer
Assets:
- Financial product knowledge and knowledge of Fund Administration
- Experience working on projects leveraging ML/NLP/RPA/BPM tools
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects
- Professional level AWS cloud certification
