Job Overview:
Citadel Propcon Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the companys real estate services. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on client acquisition and market expansion.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to generate repeat and referral business.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities within the industry.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing Citadels capabilities and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including transaction advisory, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
