Job Description :
An Inside Sales Manager at Circus Social will prospect, create opportunities and close deals through inside sales initiatives. He/she will be responsible for setting up processes, building a high-performance sales team, driving and monitoring key sales metrics, and collaborating with the technology, product, marketing and Client Success teams to grow and scale the revenue. You will head the complete P&L for the inbound sales engine for the global territory for our SaaS products.
Responsibilities :
- Building a sales strategy by setting annual sales targets, and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
- Conducting market research to identify prospects, build a pipeline of opportunities, and close deals, across products and regions.
- Use solution selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition of Circus Social & 20/Twenty, through proposals and presentations
- Building, leading and mentoring the Inside sales team
- Designing and optimizing the overall sales process to increase conversion at every step of the funnel.
Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in tech/enterprise sales
- At least 3 years of experience in leading and mentoring sales teams
- Strong experience in sales metrics data analysis and reporting
- Experience in using Salesforce/ Pipedrive/ Sales CRM, LI Sales Navigator and other modern SaaS sales tools
- Tech-savvy with a strong knowledge of social platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
