Utilizing state-of-the-art factories in South China Guangdong Province, dedicated manufacturing units build single sided, double-sided, and multi-layer printed circuit boards (of up to 22 layers).
- In addition to rigid boards, Circuitronix fabricates flexible printed circuit boards, rigid-flex boards, and metal clad circuit boards. All boards are built to global quality standards, such as ISO & TS.

Title : Business Development Manager
Reports to : V.P
Summary : Acquire customers for Circuitronix in the territory/ region assigned for developing business.

Location : Gurgaon
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare a data base of all companies in the region assigned, which are potential buyers of products handled by Circuitronix.
- Based on the data make cold calls to these prospective customers with a view to promote business on behalf of Circuitronix.
- Learn and be well-informed with all the technical aspects of printed circuit boards and stay updated on the trends in the industry with regard to the technological marketing developments in this sector.
- Send out information kit to prospective customer giving information about Circuitronix - products and service offerings.
- Arrange for personal visits to customer locations for making presentations and identifying key decisions makers.
- Regularly contact the key representative of target companies to seek out opportunities for submitting quotations, executing sample orders and subsequently enable Circuitronix to become a preferred vendor for the companies.
- Gather market intelligence and share the information in a timely manner to enable Circuitronix to further its business interests.
- Follow the developments with respect to the competition and provide feedback to the company.
- Plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and consistently pursuing them to successful closure.
- Prepare a sales plan and a marketing plan for the region assigned as an input to the organization's business plan.
- Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth.
- Develop the region assigned as a profit center for the organization.
- Familiarize with Policies and Procedures of the company.
- Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Position Requirements :
- Bachelor degree required
- Minimum 5 years direct selling experience in PCB's/electronic components required in Electronics industry.
- Experience selling to Automotive, Telecommunications, Medical Devices, Electronics Manufacturing.
- Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Ability to travel
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, manage difficult situations professionally, and respond to client needs promptly while developing and fostering successful business relationships
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with serious work ethic
