JOB PURPOSE

Strategy & Implementation

- Manage Quality Vision for the Organisation.

- Establish Quality framework for all LOBs.

- Support quality strategy for the Circle in conjunction with cross functional team and corporate teams.

- Drive operationalization and execution of quality processes at circle.

- Plan long term and short term, quality budgets for the organisation.

Quality Management/Transaction quality:

Measuring against Standards - Audit and Measurement

Improving Service/Building Capability

Ability to play the role of an influencer for improvement with teams beyond direct control.

Establish methods to manage service partner across geographies for various processes.

Ability to play a balancing role, with cross functional stakeholders, between the auditorial nature of the role and ability to show value addition.

Influence Key metrics and bring incremental growth in scores and CSAT.
