Role : Circle Manager - FSS & FPI (Safety & Security/Fraud Prevention and Investigation)

Locations : Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad

Age : maximum 45 years

Please note we are not looking for some one with transaction fraud detection experience, we are looking for some one with field fraud detection with physical security experience

Industries : only candidates from e-commerce [warehouse] / logistics companies

- Manage Safety and security for State/City operations including people, Gold storage Vaults, facilities, processes, and assets

- Build, develop, and lead high-performance State/City teams

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the corporate office to ensure efficient operations on a daily basis

- Build a strong network within Senior serving police & Govt functionaries in the region (State/cities) of responsibility

- Manage Retd Police Officers (Officers on Special Duty) in the allocated state/city for resolution of security/crime-related incidents

- Review OSD and support staffs performance in the region of jurisdiction

- Follow-up & closure of all legal cases in the region of responsibility

- Fire safety & security audits (Internal/third party) of assets as per directions of Central HQ / Command Centre

- Identify gaps in SoP to ensure safety & regulatory compliance

- Publish period reports of high-risk employees as per Risk Scorecard

- Regular assessment of PSARA & 3PT Vendors and Vault custodians

- Undertake Fraud prevention initiatives as per directives of Regional/Central Command Centre

- Preferred background in Defence Services: Army, Navy, Airforce, and Corporate Security, Security & Risk Consultancy services
