Job Description Circle Manager ( ELITE Channel)
JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for hiring, Mentor and developing a team of Sales Managers, achieve business from team of Top Financial Advisors/Financial Distributors thereby driving revenue for Agency Channel. This Vertical is a premium vertical under Agency Channel, focusing on recruitment and development of proven top performing advisors/ financial distributors.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Sales Planning design and execute the sales strategies and put to action amongst team.
- set clear sales targets and performance metrics for your team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure success.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, motivating and inspiring team to achieve their full potential.
Business Development & Growth:
- Develop and implement a strategic regional sales plan to achieve assigned growth targets for the region and products
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with key players, associations, and potential clients to generate new leads and referral opportunities.
Client Service:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with network of insurance agents and brokers
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure agents and brokers have a deep understanding of our products, underwriting guidelines, and service processes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (underwriting, claims) to ensure smooth policy issuance, efficient claims handling, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in Agency insurance sales / Banking with team management
- Age must be below 38 years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
