Circle Legal Head - Real Estate - LLB/LLM

Principal Accountabilities :

Preparing and execution of Business Agreements :

- Preparation of Lease / Agreements for acquisition of Tower Sites, IBS Sites, Cow sites, Coco Outlets, Warehouse, Business Centers.

- Verification of approvals and documents submitted for agreement, timely advise to the End-User department on deviations and providing the agreements in time with the requirement.

- Tracking Validity of agreements and renewals.

- Compliance Management

Litigation Management :

- Handling cases - Civil/Criminal filed against/by the company.

- To brief the companies requirement to the Advocate and assist the Advocate in preparing petitions, affidavits and necessary documents to be filed before the courts in whole of Delhi/Haryana.

- Meetings with Advocates for discussion of the same. Review of and discussions on notices, pleadings and other drafts given by the Advocates

- Legal support & Advisory functions to the departments and functional heads.

- Extend legal support to Circle teams for the smooth functioning. Updating the National Functional Head, Circle Business Head on the day to day legal issues; proactive briefing and advice on contractual risks.

- Liason with Police / Municipal Authorities and other government agencies for filed issues ( Site related / Distributor related).

- Lodging complaints on behalf of Company.

- Support in Acquisition of property such as office, ware house and COCO on long Term Lease
