Role title: Circle HR Business Partner
Reports to: Business Head
Role purpose:
The person is accountable for HR, Property & HSW function delivery in the circle and business partner to circle business head and leadership team to enable delivery of business agenda.
In the role, the HR Business Partner prepares the circle HR strategy/ approach aligned to local business context, National HR priorities and ensures smooth execution.
The individual will be a member of the leadership team at circle.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
1.Support the Circle Leadership team in the development of the Local people agenda to deliver HR and Business priorities.
2.Supports the functional leadership team with the delivery of people initiatives( wrt TA, TM, capability building, culture etc), and reviews the effectiveness of these initiatives though the people survey and other HR metrics.
3.Drives the HR agenda ensuring that all employees and people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements.
4.Proactively manages the HR Business Partner supplier interfaces (Centres of Expertise, HR Services, local support etc) and manages Resourcing, L&D and Talent to ensure a seamless experience for Leaders, People Managers and Employees.
5.Oversee the provision of all local services ie Facilities, Associate manpower service providers etc.
6. Accountable for ensuring compliance to all applicable legislations and company rules wrt HSW. Manage local employment relations issues.
Key performance indicators :
1.Business KPIs (headcount, budget, attrition, talent pipeline, Employee Engagement etc.)
2.Delivery of employee engagement & capability plans.
