- Maintains Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management for the region
- Executes the Regional strategy in consultation with the Business Heads
- Researches and monitors market competition for the respective region
- Ensures Effective Change Management
Cross Sell & Portfolio Management :
- Focuses on Sustained Revenue Generation for the respective region
- Acquire Liabilities of family/group members of customers in the portfolio
- Ensures Cross sell of other bank and third-party products to existing customers
Superior and Consistent Customer Service :
- Ensures that all expectations that clients & colleagues have from the BSD team is delivered in a timely, accurate & reliable manner.
- Manages customer escalations, customer grievance redressal, complaint management and response.
- Ensures that all people, process, data & systems in the branch are well attuned to deliver consistent & superior levels of service to all customers.
Strengthening Systems, Controls and Processes :
- Liaises with respective teams for effective and efficient Fraud Management
- Ensures compliance with Bank's policies and processes. Responsible for safety and security of branch infrastructure and staff in the region
- Publishes periodic MIS reports
Performance Management :
- Tracks and monitors daily productivity and book movement of the Region
