- Be responsible to achieve Budget
- Driving Budget for Circle Products/ Manufacturers
- Profitability Assessment: Product Mix & Collection
- Maintaining OEM (Zone) and Dealer (Principal) relationship
- Drive Change requirement in Product Mix
- Ensure Implementation of New Processes and Trainings
- Identifying the methods for achieving the plans through channels and direct marketing
- Planning the business cycle with the team
- Visiting and Developing relationships with Dealers, Area Office of OEMs and Customers
- Providing solutions to the team on various issues related to Sales and Collections.
- Reviewing the target v/s achievements on a day to day basis of the circle under control
- Organizing the staff resources as per the business requirements for the month
- Managing IRR
- Ensuring process standardization through Daily Work Management
- In charge of driving different teams and departments to make sure you achieve all of your initial goals
- To take new initiatives for new schemes
- Receivable management for 1st year contracts and there after till the time of maturity of contracts.
- Appraisal of team members on regular basis and feedback as well as conduct regional reviews.
- Planning and Implementation of Circle strategy as per budget parameters for business development as well as quality maintenance and improvement for CV/CE Business.
- Increase volume and market share at circle/ State level for CV/CE Sector Business.
- Product profitability / Income growth
- Portfolio health of the sector
- Ensuring proper relations with dealers and internal customers.
- Monitoring business done at region and branches under each segment.
- Product Strategy implementation / execution.
- Trade Advances Management.
