Revenue management :
- Achievement of Mobility (Non Fixed) Revenue as per DB
- Achievement of FLV & FLD Revenue as per DB including order booking target
- Achieve acquisition net of churn as per DB
Base Management & U&R :
- KBI tracking - accurate and timeline performance reporting and analysis of Business KBI's
- Achieve ARPU & RPM targets as per Budget
- Drive Mobile Data and other services penetrations as %age of base
- Churn Prediction Model usage and delivery to Service teams - COCP & IOIP
- Publishing Campaign trackers as required by Corp
- Achievement of the target set for U&R. Monitoring and Measurement of U&R activities across IOIP and COCP, publish monthly results of VBS U&R activity within the circle.
New Product Management :
- Aligning with the acquisition manager in the circle and cascading circle-specific GTM for new products to Account Managers and Solution Teams in line with corporate guidance
- In cases where new products are initiated by the VBS team, product configuration, driving UAT of the product to completion while keeping the consumer postpaid team aligned.
- Monitor, track revenues on a monthly basis and run product promotions & incentive programs to achieve new data product revenue
- Drive penetration of new data products on the existing base
