Scouting for CA, minimum 3 yrs for Sales Controlling Role
- Prepare and circulate weekly Exelan sales flash to the Top-level management for track weekly achievement against budget / latest best estimate.
- Responsible for end to end gross to net sales accounting and periodic true-up of gross to net accruals includes chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid, sales return, Shelf stock adjustment etc.
- Responsible for Wholesaler on-hand inventory reconciliation and true-up accounting as per policy.
- Invoiced price validation to ensure applied prices/discount are approved.
- Commercial Gross to Net sales and gross margin analysis along with price and volume variance analysis.
- Responsible for customer's claim validation (Rebates, Shelf Stock Adjustment, Failure to Supply, etc and issuing credit notes in system.
- Periodic circulation of customer aging report and deduction log report, follow-up with customers for timely account receivable clearing and collection against overdue invoices / deduction.
- Review contract price updating in Vistex agreement as per signed contract with customer and ensure timely extension of agreement for accurate billing / credit processing to customer.
- Circulate periodic MIS report for area handled and other KPI's as defined.
- Co-ordinate with Front office finance, customers, and third party on regular basis for day to data requirement.
- Actively participate in simplification and automation project for better control and reporting.
- Co-ordinate and support audit requirement.
- Support on various adhoc data requirement as and when needed.
Should have minimum 3-5 years experience of :
- GL/Sales Controlling
- customer credit processing etc
- account receivable
- contracts management
- Knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge of SAP
