I. Work closely with business on understanding and defining strategic priorities and identify innovative Go-To-Market opportunities
- Engage with businesses on strategic priorities
- Anticipate each market- s/ BU evolution and guide commercial model development
- Focus on new customer or unmet customer needs
- Build comprehensive Go To Market plans to address the unmet needs
- Define mid-term and long term business impact for selected plans/ initiatives
II. Focus on commercial model innovations :
- Create innovative business models, including but not restricted to: Integrated doctor action plans
- Closed Loop Marketing Initiatives, disease category solutions, clinical loyalty programs
III. Identify partnership opportunities in the healthcare eco-system to drive physician and patient engagement initiatives
- Map various alternate healthcare formats emerging in the system - home care, asset light models, specialized chains, etc.
- Identify business opportunities for Cipla to engage with providers through these alternate formats
IV. Focus on driving patient engagement through innovative business models :
- Identify opportunities across Continuum of Care and create intervention points for doctor and patient engagement
- Drive awareness, diagnosis, and compliance through Patient Support Systems
- Drive patient data management and analytics through patient support systems
V. Liaise with business teams and leverage cross functional and cross franchise information
- Understand the information/ knowledge needs of the stakeholders and proactively drive analysis to deliver guidance, recommendations and insights for business decisions
- Identify opportunities with third party technology based digital health platforms for advanced data analytics - Rx data, hyper local
VI. Work closely with business teams to identify differential marketing approaches :
- Identify Closed Loop Marketing opportunities by leveraging digital infrastructure and focus on creating a differentiated detailing approach to drive in-clinic effectiveness
VII. Work closely with Finance and SFE team :
- Maintain India business performance MIS
- Strong acumen and ability to analyze performance-related measures from business MIS
- Analyze and examine business wise P&L and identify revenue maximization and cost optimization opportunities
- Work closely with Finance and SFE team on creating business intelligence reports
