- Attract talent and manage right hiring so that the approved Headcounts are assigned with the right employees at right place.
- Ensuring the VTM plans of all managers and maintaining a talent pool of candidates
- Managing the hiring/vacancy attrition numbers of the state.
- Managing on-boarding & induction of new joinees to acclimatize them to the organization and ensure they have the right skills & tools to perform their job well
. Manage the learning through the L&D manager for all employees across the state
- Alignment of business for conducting the L&D interventions appropriately
- Conduct specific sessions for the employees ensuring that the learning needs are met
- Creating a learning culture in the state for right penetration of the initiatives
- Driving the DNA as per timelines and creating alignment in business leaders for ensuring the Performance agenda of the company is followed
- Ensuring the high performers have engaged appropriately for consistency in performance
- Monitoring that consistent poor performer are put under an improvement plan and appropriate action taken.
- Managing employee relations in the state to maintain a harmonious working atmosphere
- Ensuring the right Span of Control for the managers
- Manage the HR team by properly monitoring their performance, provide right development opportunities to enable them to be successful business partners. Conduct a timely review of performance, providing individual development plans for their development and the right coaching for the team.
Implement and monitor appropriate talent management strategies customized to each Mini-region and ensure execution
- Plan and implement employee Engagement programmes to enhance employee retention
- Partner with HO for the corporate-led engagement initiatives and design and deploy regional initiatives within the employee engagement budgets and approvals.
- Partnering with CEOs to identify best practices
- Interacting with industry counterparts and other HR BPs
- Benchmarking of practices and identifying best practices from other companies/industries
Conducting frequent field works with employees, townhall meetings and addressing the concerns and challenges of employees thereby supporting the employees for improved performance
- Partnering with DBH / SBH and SSMs for effective implementation of HR initiatives and understanding business challenges
- Ensuring that the HR MIS is accurate and is being published regularly in coordination with the HR Ops support.
- Managing entire employee life cycle for the employees in the state
