This is a new role wherein the incumbent would be instrumental in driving key HR initiatives in the Region towards achievement of organisational roles.  AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY  The incumbent would be responsible for the following:  - Key HR initiatives in the Region including HR policies and processes  - Recruitment & Manpower Planning  - Employee Relations  - Personnel Management & Talent Development through capability building initiatives  - Employee Engagement Activities & Succession Planning  - Performance Management & Strategic HR  - Day to day HR, Personnel & General Administrative activities  - Industrial Relations, Employee welfare through grievance handling, legal & statutory compliance  IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE  - Robust 10+ years- HR experience across industries.  - Generalist HR comfortable handling multiple stakeholders including senior stakeholders  - Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills  - A strategic thinker with strong people skills with a proven ability to - learn new skills- and - think on the feet-   - Ability to build partnerships across functions  - Credible, confident and articulate with excellent communication skills  - A dynamic go-getter with excellent multi-tasking capabilities in driving team efforts towards achievement of organisational goals  - Post - Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent  - Industries preferred: Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Retail/Banking
