- Experience required in Statutory Compliance
- Strong understanding of Labour Laws (Contract Labour Act, Shop's and Establishment's Act primarily)
- Experience in handling employee relations & initiating disciplinary actions.
- Exposure to wage settlements for off-roll and on-roll labour
- Management of dealing with vendors and depots administration
- Dealing with union & other legal requirements of the field force.
Only candidates who have exposure to Pharmaceutical depot employee management or FMCG Depot team management should apply.
Graduation/Post graduation in Labour Studies shall be preferred.
