Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Strategic

- Set objectives and strategies for the IT department

- Evaluates IT operations with regard to established goals.

- Design strategic IT transformation plans and implementing a target operating model that leveraged new business enablement, reduce costs and streamline operations to ensure competitiveness in Realty Sector

- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience

- Understand technology/ methodology / mechanism/ design required to improve current organizational practices.

Operational

- Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to Management and other staff within the organization

- Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers

- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance at Regions, Sites & Sales Gallery

- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage

- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions

- Identifies and eliminates security risks.

- Focused on creating business value through Digital Technology.

- Implementing technologies in Mobility, Cloud, Hands-On Analytics, IOT, Social media integration.

- Managing applications spanning ERP, Business Intelligence, Planning Systems, CRM, Portals, Infra management, IT Security, Governance & Compliance

- Lead the oversight of existing technology platforms and build-out of new technology platforms and capabilities to meet emerging business needs e.g. Hotel booking platform, MI capabilities etc.

- Provide guidance on developing applications in areas of solution design,efficient and effective development, system performance, and application packaging/installing/upgrading

- Shape digital opportunities with our Professional Services, Travel & Hospitality

Partners

- Managing Information Strategy, Solutions & Annual plans, Budgeting, Cost optimization, Project costing, Negotiations, Outsourcing partner management,suppliers, contracting Performance monitoring of professionals & their development besides general operations.

- Monitor KPIs and IT Budget to assess technological performance.

Developmental

- Document learnings and create a sharing mechanism across all sites as part of knowledge management.

- Actively research on best practices in construction technology an assess applicability in the company.

Experiences:

- 18+ years experience in all facets of Technology Development/Implementation in Infra & Real Estate Sectors.

- Should have strong expertise in managing Internal IT operations for the organization.

- Understanding/Implementation of different Cloud based Platforms such as Property Strength, Sales Force, Sales &

- CRM Automation, IDS, Club Management System, eFacility, No broker etc
