Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own the full development process from understanding the product / business objectives.

- Crafting architecture, product design, development, test, release, maintenance and scalability.

- Architectural design for the multi-layered system. Process identification and deciding the future scope of work.

- Architect solutions for new project requirements Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions.

- Defining the software technology strategy, architecture, and road-map. Set standards and project processes for delivery teams and mentor team members.

- Flexible to adapting & introducing to new and latest technologies to organization.

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments Accumulate market know-how, industry and technology trends, to enhance and manage knowledge on projects.

- Leading team with direction and vision to perform, provide them with feedback and coaching, recognize and develop their strengths.

- Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company.

- Work closely with other leadership team members to create strategic plans for the business' future growth.
