CIO/Chief Technology Officer/Head of Technology

- Partner with business, finance, human resources and other functions to ensure that IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.

- Continue to build and enhance an enterprise class IT security strategy including governance, processes and reporting mechanisms.

- Be responsible for the security and stability of information technology resources. Prepare SOPs and direct the incident response team in the event of a technology emergency or breach of confidential information.

- Responsible for the development, review, and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.

- Ensures that information technology infrastructure provides the most accurate and current information to the company to assist with decision-making, resource deployment and establishment of business priorities

- Develop cost optimized strategies for System maintenance and asset utilization, which also address hardware and software obsolescence issues.
