We have an urgent requirement for Digital- marketing- expert with 4+ years of experience who has good knowledge of Google Ads, SEO and LinkedIn Ads.

Location: Noida (WFO).

Experience :- 4+ years.

Mode of Interview: L1Virtual.

L2Face to Face Interview.

Note: Experience in Paid- Marketing- & Handling international Client is mandatory.

Job Description:

- Proven experience in- digital- marketing, with a focus on managing and optimizing Google Ads, LinkedIn- marketing, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and SEO campaigns.

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of- digital- marketing- specialists, including setting clear goals, defining strategies, and overseeing the execution of campaigns.

- Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

- Google Ads Management:- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video networks.

- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

- LinkedIn- Marketing:- Develop and execute LinkedIn- marketing- campaigns to reach and engage with target B2B audiences.

- Create sponsored content, sponsored InMail campaigns, and LinkedIn Ads to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads:- Plan, create, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.

- Develop engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel ads, and optimize ad targeting and bidding to maximize results.

- SEO Optimization:- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility.

- Optimize website content, meta tags, and site architecture for relevant keywords.

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
