Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Volume, mass & Lateral Hiring for non-IT roles, Stakeholder Management, and Team Management.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent for non-IT roles across various departments.
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and develop job postings to attract the best talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and continuously improve recruitment processes and practices
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in bulk hiring, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Prior experience managing a team of recruiters is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tool
