Role: Talent Acquisition Manager (10 -12Years)

What is this opportunity about?
Role will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical/non-technical roles. In addition to this you will partner the candidate and hiring managers in the entire recruitment cycle to perform the role of an end to end recruiter. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for Cimpress India.

What are you expected to do?
Partnering with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
Work with a team of recruiter/s to achieve the hiring objective of hiring the best, hiring in time and in the process delight the candidates
Lead team to drive efficiency and bringing new ideas to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
Interact with potential candidates on Social Media, Job Portals and professional networks.
Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Promote our employer brand online and offline Maintain candidate databases
Manage recruitment MIS and update the candidate information on a ATS
Compose job offer letters.

What will make your candidature great
Strong experience of 15+ years in a leadership role in Talent acquisition function with exposure to coach and develop and groom talent team.
6+ years of technical recruitment experience in product / e-commerce companies
4+ years of recruitment experience in leading a team of recruiters.
Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with measurable key performance indicators (KPIs)
A flexible approach and ability to operate in a demanding, fast-paced, data-driven environment
Ability to build relationships & influence stakeholders, with emphasis on establishing trust through proactive solutioning, delivery against commitments, and honest, transparent communication
Leading by example as an ambassador for the team & organisation with a clear focus on ethics, diversity, open communication, teamwork, and values that showcase & promote the employer brand and employee value proposition
Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing
Proven data guided approach to decision making.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, strong negotiation skills, high ownership & result orientation
