Role: Lead Technical Recruiter ( 8-12Years)
Must have 6 years of experience in e-commerce /Product based company in Technical hiring
What is this opportunity about?
The role will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical/non-technical roles. In addition to this you will partner the candidate and hiring managers in the entire recruitment cycle to perform the role of an end to end recruiter. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for Cimpress India.
What are you expected to do?
1. Partnering with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
2. Work with a team of recruiter/s to achieve the hiring objective of hiring the best, hiring in time and in the process delight the candidates
3. Interact with potential candidates on Social Media, Job Portals and professional networks.
Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates.
4. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
5. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Promote our employer brand online and offline Maintain candidate databases
6. Manage recruitment MIS and update the candidate information on a ATS
7. Compose job offer letters.
8. Be an ambassador of Cimpress India
What will make your candidature great
6+ years of recruitment experience
4+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate
Managing 2-3 Junior Recruiters.
Strong evidence of hiring for Software Product Organisation
Proven track record of managing junior recruiters and overseas stakeholders
Fluency in English required, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
