Must have Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in a high-growth tech startup environment
- Must be versed enough with Java and related languages to talk shop with candidates
- Experience sourcing and proven track record for closing profiles ranging from mid to senior engineering positions
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- Should have experience in handling 2-3 junior recruiters
- Bachelor's or master's degree required
Skills:
- Ability to understand basic technical requirements to conduct position searches in a time-sensitive fast-paced environment
- Must be able to use multiple search portals to produce results-driven
- Conduct pre-screen technical interviews with candidates
- Communicate at all levels to inform the recruiting team and management of candidate search statuses
- Ability to maintain a steady stream of candidates in the pipeline
- Use of appropriate systems to track candidates through the recruiting process, as well as, data tracking of all open positions
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to source candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods
- Drive to successfully select and present positive high-quality candidates within strict time-sensitive time frames
- Participate in weekly meetings with the recruiting team and management
