Cigniti Technologies - Senior Manager - SAP Practices - HANA Solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Engage clients in understanding their current SAP testing challenges and develop strategy

- Understand business flow/ navigation/ configuration for multiple business processes across SAP

- Engage & coach Service Delivery teams to excel in delivery and day to day operations

- Construct methods and practices to engineer value in Service Delivery

- Collaborate with sales/ pre-sales teams and identify opportunities for growth and puts mechanisms to mitigate risks in business and delivery

- Solution/ prototyping experience in line with incoming RFPs in the domain of SAP implementation/ Testing

- Systematically build SAP competency teams.

- Strong personality to roll out change in a dynamic environment

Key Requirements

- 12-14 years of overall experience with min of 7+ years testing experience and exposure to agile/ DevOps methodology

- Exposure to other COTS/ ERP applications including Salesforce, Oracle or MS-Dynamics is an added advantage

- Delivery experience - with focus on SAP/ implementations, HANA migrations, testing, automation and awareness of market leading tools and models

- Drive business goals and puts structured plans in place to achieve them

- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business

- Good presentation and technical writing skills
