- In Pre-sales role, work in coordination with cross functional teams such as sales, delivery, networking, marketing and process teams in global delivery model
- Create and deliver winning Proposals, SOWs, Responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, Technical Capability presentations etc., focusing on our suite of services and products to design solutions that solve the customer's problems.
- Responsible for all aspects of the pre - sales cycle from requirements analysis to delivery of successful proposal/SOW/response, with particular understanding of prospected customers specific to their business and technical needs and applying knowledge of the testing solutions and products to meet those needs
- Acquire deep understanding of Cigniti service differentiators (Smart Tools, - Intellectual Property- (IP), & Thought Leadership), and latest industry trends and techniques.
- Take proactive ownership to maintain and develop content to the pre-sales knowledge and asset repository
- Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills in all interactions
Skills, Qualifications and Experience required :
- Overall 8-12 years of experiences in delivering testing services (functional/non-functional, manual & automation) to large Enterprises and - Independent Software Vendors- (ISVs)
- Prior experience working with Testing Services Company or working with Testing Service Unit in IT services company.
- Last 2-3 years of experience in Pre-sales role. Experience working in NA region a plus.
- Should have very good understanding of STLC, tools, techniques, and frameworks
- Experience / Knowledge of test automation and test accelerators.
- Experience preparing estimates, high-level proposals, frameworks for new business opportunities.
- Experience preparing and responding to Enterprise size RFI / RFP responses.
- Good understanding of the Technology landscape including web application development, mobility, cloud, Big Data, and new technology trends
- Good Analytical skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, perform financial business cases and data analysis
- Strong soft skills in the areas of communication, negotiation & deal management
- Ability to navigate and get the required information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution / proposal
- Strong technology background, awareness, appreciation
- Strong domain experience in few verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, etc. is a big plus
