Roles and Responsibilities :
- Accountable for creating process assets aligning to SDLC requirements.
- Develop, implement and maintain Quality processes, assets, process compliance and develop a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement across all development/SDLC and testing team
- Providing Process definition, review and deployment across all SDLC projects and teams in Consultation with the Managers
- Planning of Process Improvement activities specifically for SDLC
- Address the process training needs of the BU
- Perform review of account/project specific assets related to SDLC
- Participate in service delivery reviews with account managers or BU leads
- Maintain CMMI Maturity level 5 practices
- Develop, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (for Dev projects)
- Participate in Internal Audit planning, scheduling, execution, analyzing and tracking non-conformances to closure
- Verify audit results and initiate necessary CAPA (Corrective and Preventive action)
- Drive organization initiatives, quality methodologies and best practices across the organization
- Ensure process adherence throughout the lifecycle of the project as per applicable standards
- Facilitate in providing quality related information to RFP and SOW
- Conduct organization trainings on QMS and other related process areas
- Conduct and participate in various process automation initiatives
Skills :
- Extensive experience in full SDLC including Waterfall, Agile methodologies and/or DevOps
- Ability to create/review/update SDLC project and process assets (aligning to CMMI Dev, ISO 9001, 27001, etc.)
- Experience in implementing SDLC process in various domains like (Banking, Insurance, Retail and Mobile)
- Facilitate project team to identify the project risks and highlight risks to senior management
- Project Management and QMS maintenance experience
- Experience in auditing and monitor activities with regards to process and product quality assurance
- Experience in successfully implementing CMMI appraisals (SCAMPI-A) and ISO certifications
- Experience in Continuous Process Improvement in the organization
- Experience in statistical process control - Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Process Capability Analysis
- Quality Management System/ISMS - ISO 9001, 27001, 13485, 45001, etc.
- Experience in Lean and six sigma
- Hands on experience in MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for creating multiple process documents
- Well-versed in IT strategy, GAP analysis and project proposal preparation
- Experience in performing metrics analysis
- Customer management exposure and good presentation skills
- Must possess exemplary collaborative and people management skills
