- Drive Pay for Performance across the organization to ensure effective payout of Variable pay using various measures defined by organization.
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
- Strong knowledge in Indian and International payroll
- Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field of total rewards
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
- Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
- Assists with new-hire orientations.
- Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
- Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.
- Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
- Assists with the open enrollment process.
- Drive R&R programs and initiative
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowing SAP SF will be an added advantage
- Knowing Excel Macro's will be an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Good knowledge in statutory compliance
- Strong analytical skill.
