- Help in developing the ecosystem by making API's a way of life and core to every tech component

- Think in terms of use case first, then users and then monetisation

- Maintain a keen eye on commercials, profitability, trade-offs and benefit analysis as part of every action

- Strong linkage with Sales to deliver business objectives

- Continuously work toward increasing customer lifetime by delivering superlative experiences, increased share of wallet and repeat purchase

- Embrace ambiguity as a way of life

- May have to roll up sleeves to code

Requirements :

- Tier 1 MBA (IIM A/B/C & ISB) desirable; Tier 2 MBA acceptable for exceptional candidates

- Some exposure to financial services

- Should be extremely familiar with API- s

- Aware of eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify etc

- 4-5 years work experience

- Maths and logical reasoning should be second nature

- Statistical bent of mind highly desirable
