Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
KPI Tracking and Improvement:
- Monitor and enhance critical KPIs on a dashboard to ensure continuous improvement in marketing performance.
Content Marketing:
- Drive relevant traffic from content marketing efforts.
- Measure conversion rates and ROI from content-driven strategies.
Traffic Generation:
- Strong understanding of how to drive relevant traffic from social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and search engines (both organic and paid).
Email Marketing:
- Practical experience with email marketing, including proficiency with email automation, landing page design, instrumentation, and A/B testing.
Product Influence:
- Contribute to the product development process as a key influencer, ensuring the product evolves to meet market needs.
Creative and Analytical Skills:
- Employ creative thinking and storytelling skills.
Problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
Community Building:
- Build and nurture a community of users, advocates, and influencers to amplify word-of-mouth marketing for the product.
Content Creation:
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience or comfort with SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or programming in any language is a strong plus.
- Experience with data science and analytics tools, such as R or Python, is beneficial.
Additional Knowledge:
- Understanding of UI/UX, graphic design, or product management is a plus.
- Familiarity with US market and culture, as all customers are in the US, is highly advantageous.
Education:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree required.
- US education is a strong plus.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in the eCommerce domain, especially on the seller side.
- Practical experience with digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
Marketing Expertise:
- Proficient in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Creative Thinker:
- Innovative and able to craft compelling stories and marketing strategies.
Analytical Mindset:
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Attention to Detail:
- Meticulous in content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
