- Working on research projects that include valuation analysis, industry and company overviews, merger analysis, pitch books and adhoc research
- Analyzing financial statements and companies
- Working on trading and transaction comps
- Performing precedent transaction analysis
- Developing expertise with research databases like Bloomberg, Factiva, Reuters, Thomson Research
- Writing reports summarizing your analysis for advisory/research-driven clients
- As you gain more experience, coaching and mentoring more junior team members
Required Background
- Top educational institution with a strong academic record - BCOM / BA (Economics) / BBA
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills are essential
- Good understanding of financial services and corporate finance industry is preferred
- Strong communications skills
