- To provide technical/project support to the Sales team
- To discuss, capture and define customer requirements
- Responsible for Pre-sales project management, from capturing and designing requirements to implementation
- Working closely with members of the Research and Support teams
- To identify key revenue-generating opportunities
- To write technical requirement specifications for clients and translate these accurately to the research team for implementation
- Ensure clear adherence to a technical Pre-sales process to ensure optimum leveling and placement of opportunity
- Report to the Sales Director on the Pre-sales process and development, including progress
- Drive Email Marketing campaigns
- Complete any other tasks that may reasonably be required from time to time
Required Background:
- Postgraduate in any discipline (specialization in Marketing preferred)
- Supported senior business development individuals at your prior firm
- Adept at data mining
- Experience in B2B Pre-sales support
- Experience in a B2B customer interface environment
- High level of familiarity with B2B Sales and business development processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with the Microsoft suite and related IT skills
- Demonstrable experience of basic project management
