Position Overview: We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust US IT Bench Sales background and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with department heads to comprehend current and future hiring needs, crafting effective recruitment strategies for managerial and recruiting positions within the US IT domain.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, managing everything from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Lead recruitment efforts for managerial positions, working collaboratively with senior leadership to identify essential leadership qualities and skill sets required for leadership roles within the US IT Recruitment team.
- Drive the recruitment process for additional recruiters, ensuring a consistent influx of skilled professionals to support the growth of our US IT Recruitment team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in US IT Recruitment, applying this knowledge continually to enhance our hiring processes and strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with external recruitment partners and industry networks, expanding our talent pool and strengthening our recruitment ecosystem.
Proven Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring managerial and recruiting roles.
- To identify and attract qualified IT professionals, utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for bench placements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop a deep understanding of the IT market and trends.
- In-depth knowledge of the US IT recruitment landscape, including a comprehensive understanding of technology stacks, market trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals, contributing significantly to the overall success and growth of the US IT Recruitment team.
