Position : Recruitment Manager (Domestic)
Required Experience : 5+ yrs
Job Location : Madhapur (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage team of Recruiters.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the recruitment process and ensure all tasks are completed by all members of the team accurately and in a timely manner.
- To conduct regular supervisions with all team members to ensure they are performing the recruitment activities and discuss any improvements within the team.
- Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy.
- Develop innovative candidate attraction strategies for active and passive talent.
- Lead the recruitment activities across the business, providing leadership and support to optimize recruitment processes and procedures.
- Develop, analyze and provide metrics regularly to identify actionable insights and recommendations.
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best options for recruitment strategies.
- Research and choose job advertising options which work best for the candidate's attraction.
- Streamline resourcing processes.
- Experience in coordinating with onsite team.
- Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters.
Experiences & Skills :
- Proven track record in a senior recruitment role with experience of IT recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Experience of developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced growing business.
- Experience working with implementation partners or system integrated companies.
- Strong experience of leading and developing a team within recruitment with excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a flexible approach to problem solving.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
- Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems.
