Website http://www.churchgatepartners.com/ .   Churchgate Partners is looking to hire "Associate - Investor Relations" for New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore locations   Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the client's senior management team in their communication with the capital markets to ensure that they achieve proper trading valuation.   This would include:   - Preparing and updating communication materials (including investor presentations, earnings releases, result presentation etc) so that they match the best-in-class industry standards and articulate the investment case. This involves interaction with the senior management of a company to understand their business, strategy and performance to be able to prepare the materials   - To raise the equity profile of the client in the secondary capital markets through regular interactions with research analysts/heads of research. Also include handling and coordinating regarding specific queries of the analysts; soliciting regular feedback on the clients and setting meetings and/or concalls with the client management   - Interacting with institutional investors, portfolio managers, asset / fund managers both domestic and international on behalf of the client to enhance their market profile   - Preparing market perception studies, industry analysis, peers' financial / operational and valuation benchmarking to help management prepare for their quarterly results announcements and conference calls   - Assessing varied client requirements, and responsible for handling client deliverables on day to day basis   - Providing related corporate advisory services such as strategy, budgeting and financial planning   - Willing to travel   Job Location: Mumbai   No. of Positions: 2   Candidate - desired attributes   - Preferably equity research / investment banking experience   - Good financial modelling, MS Office skills are mandatory   - Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory   - Candidates with prior experience in creating pitch books, presentations will be preferred.   - 1-3 years of relevant working experience (Please do not apply if you have experience more than 3 years)  - Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance   If you are interested, kindly send across the profile to Deepak Balwani along with the following details (MANDATORY) in cover letter.
