CHRO Office Manager - HR Projects Lead | ITeS/BPO
Position Overview:
The CHRO Office manager is pivotal in providing strategic and operational support to the CHRO. This position ensures seamless HR department operations by overseeing daily activities, coordinating key projects, and driving organizational efficiency. The role involves managing confidential information, delivering high-quality presentations, and facilitating HR initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support core HR initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational change programs.
- Assist the CHRO in analyzing HR data, trends, and metrics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Oversee multiple HR projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with the CHRO on priority initiatives to drive revenue growth, scale HR operations, and promote Digital HR adoption.
- Effectively manage communication within the CHRO's office, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
- Develop content for internal HR programs, including talent branding, executive onboarding, and client visits.
- Prepare status reports and presentations to update HR leadership on project progress and key outcomes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive HR and organizational data.
- Organize and coordinate HR events, meetings, and team-building activities for global HR teams.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier institute, preferably with an engineering background (e.g., SIMS, SIBM, SCMHRD, FORE School, XLRI).
- 7+ years of experience in HR, project management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pay high attention to detail and maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR or talent management roles.
- Familiarity with HR compliance, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Certifications in project management or administration (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
